How do I get started?
Send us a short enquiry through the contact page or call us on +49 30 417 335 89. We reply within 24 hours and arrange a first call with Christopher, in which we clarify what you have in mind.
Afterwards you receive an offer at a fixed price. The call and the offer are free and non-binding.
How does a project work?
1 · First call
Christopher clarifies your project, scope and timeline with you.
2 · Summary and fixed price
You receive in writing what we have understood, and an offer with everything that is included.
3 · Order and materials
With the deposit, your client area opens. There you upload texts, images and logos and see open items.
4 · Build with preview
We design and build. You see every interim stage as a preview in your client area and give feedback.
5 · Approval and launch
Once you approve, everything goes live. Nothing is published before you have agreed.
6 · Care
After launch, CARE runs your website: server, security, numbers and a check every month.
How long does a project take?
As a guide: compact website usually 14 days after the order · relaunch or branding 6 to 8 weeks · automation 2 to 4 weeks.
You help set the pace: the faster content and feedback arrive, the sooner we are done.
Do we meet in person?
Most of it happens by phone, video and through your client area, which saves you travel and time. Clients from Berlin are welcome to meet us at the studio at Pappelallee 78/79 in Prenzlauer Berg, by appointment.
What does a website, branding or an automation cost?
Websites: Start €990, Business €1,990, net. Everything else: a fixed price after a short call. Online shops and custom projects start at €3,900 net. Branding, automations and custom software are priced by scope. The fixed price includes everything we have agreed.
There are no hourly rates, and extra charges only arise if you commission something additional.
How do I pay?
By invoice with a payment link (bank transfer, card or bank authorisation) or by direct debit, which you choose in your client area. For projects, half is usually due on order and the rest on acceptance; smaller amounts are paid in advance.
What does care cost after launch?
From launch, CARE runs your website for €97 a month (net). No minimum term, cancellable with 4 weeks' notice to the end of the billing period. Included: Own server in Germany, certificate and daily backup · Legal texts that stay up to date · Tracking without a cookie banner, measured on our server · Monthly website check in six areas with concrete recommendations · Your client area with numbers, check and invoices · Changes with a preview before they go live. A handover without care is available separately.
GROWTH and SCALE build on it: GROWTH with fixed measures for visibility and demand every month, SCALE with visibility, campaigns and workflows from one hand. We name the price after a short analysis.
On top, you can buy individual items: a Booster, one measure at a fixed price, or a Sprint, a bundled push over a few weeks. Already a client? Your package stays; switching is voluntary.
What if I have several websites or projects?
Gladly. All your websites sit together in your client area, and if the style is similar our effort decreases, which we pass on in the price.
How many points of contact do I have?
One: Christopher De La Garza, founder and creative director. You talk to him directly: offer, build and everything after launch. For specialist topics we bring in partners from our fixed network; your point of contact stays the same.
Do I have to write the texts myself?
No. We write the texts or revise yours so that they convince your customers and are found on Google and in AI search. We still need your expertise: you know your customers and their questions best.
Do you have experience in my industry?
Probably. We have worked with consultancies, practices, estate agents, architecture firms, academies, financial experts, trade businesses and online shops, from a school-prom organiser to a biotech company. You will find examples in our work.
Which languages do you build websites in?
German and English are standard. Other languages are possible; we have also delivered a project in Chinese. What makes sense for you is something we clarify in the first call.
What happens after launch?
CARE runs from launch. You keep your client area at app.neopaq.de: previews, documents, invoices and requests in one place. Our system checks your website every month and tells you what would make it better.
How do I get changes made later?
You submit the change in your client area, see it as a preview and approve it; only then does it go live. Larger rebuilds get their own offer.
Is my website optimised for mobile?
Yes. Every website is designed responsively, and the monthly check also measures speed and display on mobile.
Will my website be found on Google and in AI search?
Every website gets a clean foundation: fast loading, clear headings, structured data, a sitemap and access for AI systems. The monthly check measures where you stand on Google. If you want to become more visible, GROWTH brings fixed measures every month, or you book a Sprint for visibility.
Who owns the website?
You do, completely: code, content, domain and access. You are not tied to us. We only show your project as a reference with your consent.
Where is my website hosted?
On our own server in Germany, with a certificate and daily backups, as part of CARE. If you want to stay with your current provider, that works too; the monthly check still runs.
WordPress or a custom system?
Both are possible. A custom system without plugins is faster, more secure and needs hardly any maintenance. WordPress is worthwhile if you want to maintain a lot of content yourself. We recommend what fits your day-to-day work.
