Frequently asked questions — clearly answered.
Here you'll find the answers to questions we're asked often.
When do I need branding?
Beginners don’t need branding yet. First they have to prove that their business model works. Anyone who has proven their business runs clearly needs a professional brand presence. Many clients come to us because their brand no longer matches their true size and values: the original website is dated, the logo is no longer current, the colours don’t fit together.
Whether branding makes sense in your case is something you can find out together with one of our experts in a free strategy call.
How and where do I use my branding?
Most of our clients use their dream website to be found organically on Google — or run Google Ads or other traffic sources straight to it.
Just as popular is using the website for email campaigns. Because all the data sits with you and not with third parties, you can draw your own conclusions. Which action works, which doesn’t? That matters above all in performance marketing.
You also win clients more easily and don’t have to explain the same thing to everyone again. If you send prospects to the website first, it already provides the key information and pre-empts objections that then no longer come up in the actual sales conversation. That leaves you more time for more clients — or better quality for each one.
The best way to explain your offer on LinkedIn doesn’t have to be the written word. Try it with a dream website and a branding you’re truly proud of. In a short time your contact understands what you offer. We deliver the website to match your marketing and funnel and design it so it speaks to your audience.
How much time and effort do I invest in my branding?
In total a branding process takes around 6–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. In a kick-off we get to know you, your company and your audience. You give feedback on the individual production steps — we take care of the rest.
Do we meet in person?
To save you and us time, we’ve digitised our communication. We get to know you and your offer better in an initial call by phone. You meet the Creative Director responsible for you in a video meeting. Whether you stay in touch by phone, email or WhatsApp is something you decide together.
How many points of contact do I have with you?
During the production of your dream website you have one point of contact: the Art Director. He or she coordinates all trades. You discuss wishes, ideas and feedback with the Art Director — they advise you and make sure everything is implemented the way you want.
If premium features like an online shop, search engine optimisation, landing or sales pages are added later, you may speak directly with the relevant expert.
How does the branding process work?
Phase 1 — Delivery
You get a checklist with templates for everything we need to build your new website: your current corporate identity (CI), a briefing for your copywriter (text templates), wireframes for the subpages, functions and customer journey, hosting / IT, image language, values and goals.
Phase 2 — Colours, logo, wordmark
You receive a first draft of the new logo, the colour palette (colour concept) and the typeface (typography). Here we coordinate intensively and lay the foundation for the rest of the work. The goal: unambiguous communication.
Phase 3 — Draft of one subpage
Now we apply the chosen CI to one subpage. You get a draft for review and sign-off. This subpage sets the tone for all the others — the last sign-off before completion. The clearer you are here, the easier the rest of the collaboration.
Phase 4 — Your website takes shape
Your new website is built in a staging environment. Your old site stays online and working. The new site gets its design, its functions and a new customer journey. If you notice further functions would make sense, we can talk about extensions after completion (online shop, landing pages, SEO, ads, etc.).
Phase 5 — Revision round
Now you view your new website in its entirety, look at every subpage and give us your detailed feedback. We then implement it.
Phase 6 — Final sign-off and expansion
Your business grows — and your website should grow with it. Once it’s finished, we clarify further questions in a personal conversation: Who maintains the site regularly? Which functions improve the customer journey? Do you need new landing pages or products? Are documents like presentations or social-media templates required? Which recurring tasks does who take on?
And how long does production take?
Our average production time is eight weeks. You can influence it yourself: the faster you give feedback, the faster we can keep working.
Will my website also work on mobile devices?
Yes, your website is optimised for mobile devices.
In which languages can I have my website built?
We generally build your website in German. But we have also delivered projects in English or even Chinese. What makes sense for you is something we clarify in a personal conversation.
What does branding cost?
The investment in your branding or dream website depends on the number of subpages, the style and the strategy.
As a professional branding design studio, we can’t offer you branding for 2,000 euros. Book a free strategy call and tell us more about your offer — then we’ll tell you what investment to expect. With the contractually agreed price you can then plan with certainty.
Additional costs only arise if you need further premium features or have change requests after sign-off. That’s rarely the case, because your Art Director guides and advises you through production.
And what if I want to have several projects done?
You get as many websites as you want. If the style is similar, our effort decreases — and we’ll meet you on price.
Who owns the rights to my branding?
Your branding — your rights. You have the unrestricted right of use. That means: you can publish it wherever you want, for as long as you want.
We’re proud of your website too. That’s why we’d be glad of your consent to show your branding as a reference project on our channels.
Which style is right for my product / service?
We find that out together with you in the initial call. Our strategy consultants and Art Directors take into account which style you like — and make sure it fits your offer.
What’s the difference between an ordinary website and a branding process with NEOPAQ®?
If you want to impress your mother-in-law or enrich your family with a cat-video blog, you make a normal website. If you want to win more clients, you need branding and a website that stirs emotion, sells well and drives revenue.
At NEOPAQ® there’s no standard customer journey that’s simply topped off with your company name. Our Art Directors take the time to really understand your offer and put themselves in your audience’s shoes. From that, a concept emerges that explains your offer better and translates your brand, values and stance into a visual brand — tailored to your audience.
We design a style that fits your offer. Kitschy websites are yesterday. Dream websites are today — whether eye-catching, professional or likeable.
Why NEOPAQ®?
Because it works.

Do you have experts from my industry?
We are experts at making branding and websites that bring you more client enquiries. Along the way we’ve worked with clients across all industries: from organisers of school proms to high-tech companies cultivating T-cell cultures, through to sole traders, SMEs and hidden champions — to name just a few examples. You’ll find more in our work.
Can I write / supply the website texts myself?
A website without professional copy is like a plane without engines. If you can’t or don’t want to supply texts, we’ll write the copy for you. As a rule, our clients bring their own texts, which we optimise or trim. Our experienced copywriters know what the engine has to do for your plane to take off — and yet they still rely on your expertise and welcome your input.
