Why does a website need maintenance at all?
Software ages. Updates close security gaps, keep speed stable and make sure your website stays reliably available. Without care, the risk grows every month.
What does CARE cost, and when does it start?
CARE costs €97 a month (net) and starts when your website goes live. Before that, there are no costs for it. No minimum term, cancellable with 4 weeks' notice to the end of the billing period.
What does CARE include?

Do you handle hosting too?
Yes, it's part of CARE. Your website runs on our own server in Germany, with a certificate and daily backup. Tracking is measured on our server too, without a cookie banner.
Can I get my website without care?
Yes, as a separate handover. The standard is the website with CARE, because then we run it, back it up and check it every month. If you'd rather run it yourself, tell us and we'll offer the handover separately.
What do GROWTH and SCALE cost?
That depends on where your website stands and what it should achieve. That's why we quote the price after a short analysis, not before. Everything in CARE is included in both.
How do I move from CARE to GROWTH?
Talk to Christopher, ideally in a short call. After a short analysis you get a price for GROWTH. Everything in CARE stays included. GROWTH is an offer, never a condition.
I'm already a client. Does anything change for me?
No. Your plan stays as it is. Switching to CARE, GROWTH or SCALE is optional.
