Branding in Berlin: brands that show how good your business is.

We are a design studio in Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin, and we develop brands with a stance: from positioning to logo and corporate design to the style guide that carries every campaign. At a fixed price, with one point of contact, and if you like, together with the right website.

What it is about

Your business has grown. Your presence hasn’t caught up.

01

Your presence makes you look smaller than you are

Your business has grown and your work is first-class, but your logo, colours and website date back to when you started. Anyone who doesn’t know you sees only that.

02

Every channel looks different

Website, offers, presentations, social media: everything looks a little different, because there are no rules. That doesn’t build recognition, it creates noise.

03

You keep explaining what you stand for

In the first call you repeat what your presence should already be saying. A clear brand takes that work off your hands before anyone picks up the phone.

What we do

Branding that is more than a logo.

Branding means defining what your business stands for and making it visible in a corporate design that works the same everywhere: on your website, in your offers, on social media.

Brand strategy and positioning

Brand development starts with questions: what does your business stand for, for whom, and what makes it different? We work out your brand core, values and tone of voice, the foundation for every design decision.

Logo and corporate design

Symbol and wordmark, colours, typefaces and imagery, developed as a system rather than as separate pieces. So your corporate design looks the same everywhere.

Style guide and templates

Rules and ready-made templates for presentations, offers, social media and business stationery, so your team uses the brand correctly, even without a designer.

Rebranding

Sharpening an established brand without losing its recognition: carefully developing what works and replacing what holds you back.

100%Usage rights stay with you

Logo, colours, templates and files belong to you, without restriction. You use your brand wherever and for as long as you like.

Results of individual projects as reported by clients; how a rebrand affects your business depends on many factors.

How it works

Four steps, one point of contact.

Initial call and brand analysis

Get in touch via the contact form or call the studio. Christopher gets back to you and clarifies where you stand and where you want to go. Then we take a close look at your presence, your clients and your market.

Strategy and positioning

We define what your brand stands for and how it speaks. You get this in writing before any design work begins, along with a fixed price.

Logo, colours, typefaces

First drafts for logo, colour palette and typography, refined closely with you until the foundation is right. Then we apply it to the first real uses.

Style guide and handover

You get the style guide, templates and all files. If you like, we implement the new look straight away on your website.

Warum NEOPAQ®

A design studio, not an ad agency.

NEOPAQ® is not an advertising agency or a branding agency with account teams, but a design studio in Berlin, run by Christopher De La Garza, creative director since 2004. You work directly with the person who designs your brand, not with an account team in between.

For us, branding doesn’t end with the logo. Because web design and branding come from the same team, your new look shows up where clients see you first, and stays consistent across every channel.

We don’t work with everyone. Branding pays off when your business is running and your presence no longer keeps up: for experts, practices, consultancies, mid-sized companies and brands with a clear goal in mind. You can get a logo from a template builder more cheaply elsewhere.

FAQ

What clients want to know before we start.

What is branding?

Branding is the development of a brand: what a company stands for, how it speaks and how it looks. It includes positioning, logo, colours, typefaces, imagery and the rules for how all of this is used. The aim is for clients to recognise a company at first glance and to trust it.

What is the difference between branding and corporate design?

Corporate design is the visible part of a brand: logo, colours, typefaces, imagery and layout. Branding covers more, including strategy, positioning and tone of voice. We develop both together, so the design isn’t just beautiful but actually says something.

What does branding cost?

That depends on the scope, from reworking a logo to a complete corporate design with strategy and style guide. After the initial call you get a fixed price with everything that is included. There are no hourly rates and no extra charges.

How long does a branding process take?

Usually six to eight weeks, depending on scope. After a kick-off you give feedback on every step; the faster it comes, the sooner we are done.

Do I need a complete brand or is a new logo enough?

If your positioning and presence are right and only the logo is outdated, a logo redesign is enough. If your whole presence no longer matches your size, a rebrand is worth it, because otherwise a new logo sits on an old foundation. We tell you honestly in the initial call.

Will a rebrand cost me my recognition?

Not if it is done carefully. We keep what clients associate with you and develop it further. Often a colour or shape stays and simply becomes clearer and more refined.

Who owns the rights to my branding?

You do. You get unrestricted usage rights to your logo, corporate design and templates. We only show your project as a reference with your consent.

Do you also implement the new branding on the website?

Yes, and we recommend it. Branding and web design from the same team means your website shows the new brand from day one, without you having to mediate between a designer and a web agency.

Testimonials

5.0 ★ on Google, from over 100 projects.

I can warmly recommend Christopher. From the first conversation, where he engages very individually with you, your goals, wishes and audience, through the very well-structured collaboration to the final result I had wished for. I am very happy with my branding (logo, colours, fonts) and my website.
Stefan SchnatzExpert, Mentor
With the rebrand, Christopher helped us give our website a professional, clear presence, streamline our products and have the whole brand perceived by clients as high-quality. The level of quality has risen considerably.
Christian AbrahamManaging Director, Vermögensaufbau Steuern
The wonderful thing about working with Christopher was that he always senses exactly what fits – which image, which visual language, which colours. We found a visual language that serves the needs of our clients worldwide.
