Online shop · Relaunch · Marketplaces

Online shop development, by people who sell online themselves.

We build online shops that sell: new or as a relaunch, connected to marketplaces and inventory management. At a fixed price, with dedicated contacts, and by a team that runs an online business with over 150,000 products itself.

What it is about

A shop is quick to build. One that sells is not.

01

The shop looks good but doesn't sell

Visitors arrive, perhaps put something in the basket and leave again. Without a look at product pages, checkout and loading time, it stays unclear why.

02

The technology holds back growth

A system that ran well with twenty products groans at two thousand. Stock is kept up to date by hand, orders are entered twice, marketplaces run on the side.

03

Agencies know retail only from hearsay

Many can build a shop, few have run one themselves. Then there is no feel for product range, shipping, returns and what really makes buyers buy.

What we do

What we do for your online shop.

For us, online shop development means choosing the right system, designing and building the shop and connecting it to everything that runs behind it, from inventory management to Amazon.

Building and relaunching online shops

Concept, design and build on the right system, or moving an existing shop to a new foundation without losing rankings or customer data.

Shop systems from hands-on experience

WooCommerce, Shopware, JTL-Shop, plentyONE, OXID or Magento: which system fits depends on your range, processes and growth. We don't recommend anything off the shelf.

Connecting and optimising marketplaces

Connect Amazon, eBay, Otto and other channels to your own shop and inventory management, feed product data out cleanly and improve the listings.

Connecting inventory management

Stock, orders and shipping run through the inventory management you already use, such as Billbee, plentyONE or JTL-Wawi. We connect it to your shop and marketplaces.

Typical projects

What clients come to us with.

  • New online shop at a fixed price
  • Shop relaunch on a new system
  • Moving from WooCommerce to Shopware or vice versa
  • Connecting marketplaces to the shop
  • Linking inventory management with shop and marketplaces
  • Preparing product data for large catalogues
  • Improving checkout and product pages
  • SEO for category and product pages
  • Ongoing support after launch
What it delivers

We know retail from running our own business.

150,000+Products in our own business

That is the size of the deqori.eu range. Keeping product data, variants and filters clean at this scale is our everyday work, not the exception.

3,000+Orders a month

Every order runs through shop, inventory management and shipping. We know where things get stuck when processes don't work together.

6Shop systems from hands-on experience

WooCommerce, Shopware, JTL-Shop, plentyONE, OXID and Magento. That is why we recommend the system that suits you, not the one we most like to build.

How it works

Four steps, one point of contact.

First call and review

In the first call we go through your range, channels and goals. Then we look at your current shop, your inventory management and your marketplaces.

Concept and fixed price

You get in writing which system we suggest and why, what gets connected, and a fixed price. No timesheets.

Build and migration

We build the shop, carry over products, customers and orders and set up redirects so Google finds the old pages. You see every interim stage.

Launch and support

We test ordering, payment and shipping with real cases, go live together and then take care of updates, security and the next steps.

What we work with

Tools chosen for value, not hype.

Shop systems: WooCommerce, Shopware, JTL-Shop, plentyONE, OXID and Magento. Inventory management: preferably Billbee, BASE (Baselinker) and plentyONE, plus JTL-Wawi and Afterbuy. We connect marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay and Otto via the inventory management or directly.

Everything around the shop comes from one team: web design and branding for the look, SEO for category and product pages and automated processes when manual work still sticks between shop, accounting and shipping.

Warum NEOPAQ®

A shop from people who run one themselves.

We don't just build online shops, we run one ourselves. With deqori.eu, Christopher runs an online business with over 150,000 products, and Jonas built and sold a shop of his own. We know retail from the side you are on.

That is why we talk to you about product range, marketplaces and processes, not just colours. And we tell you honestly which system suits your size, even if it is the simpler one.

You have one point of contact for shop, design, technology and visibility. We build at a fixed price, and we stay on after launch.

FAQ

What clients want to know before we start.

How much does online shop development cost?

That depends on your range, system and integrations. Custom online shops start from €3,900 net. After the first call you get a fixed price that states exactly what is included. We tell you the running costs for system, hosting and payment providers in advance.

Which shop system is the right one?

There is no blanket answer; it is almost always individual. It depends on your range, variants, sales channels and your inventory management. We work with WooCommerce, Shopware, JTL-Shop, plentyONE, OXID and Magento and recommend the system based on your processes, not our preferences.

Can you take over or migrate my existing shop?

Yes. In a relaunch we carry over products, customers and orders and redirect old URLs to the new ones so your Google rankings are kept. Beforehand we check what works well in your current shop and must not be lost.

Do you connect marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay?

Yes, from the connection via your inventory management to optimising the listings. That way you manage products and stock in one place, and orders from all channels end up in the same process.

Do you also introduce a new ERP or inventory management system?

Our focus is the shop and connecting it to the inventory management you already use, such as Billbee, plentyONE or JTL-Wawi. Selecting and introducing a complete ERP system is not our focus; if that is on the cards, we tell you honestly what makes sense.

How long does it take until the shop is online?

A clearly defined shop is often ready after a few weeks; a relaunch with migration and integrations takes longer. You get the schedule with the offer, and you see every interim stage.

Do you look after the shop after launch too?

Yes. Updates, security, backups and small changes are covered by our Care plan. For more visibility on Google there is SEO for category and product pages.

Are you an ecommerce agency?

We are a design studio that builds online shops and runs one itself. Unlike a large ecommerce agency, you have dedicated contacts and no handover between sales and delivery.
